Tax year-end: 12-31. A foreign-owned LLC uses its owner’s tax year or, if the owner has none, the calendar year (December 31).

How the dates are worked out
- Wyoming annual report. W.S. 17-29-209 requires the report and the license fee on or before the first day of the month the company was organized, every year. We count the first one in the month of the first anniversary and ask you to confirm it in your Wyoming account.
- IRS Form 5472 and pro forma Form 1120. Due on the 15th day of the 4th month after the tax year ends. The calendar assumes a calendar tax year ending December 31, which is the default for a foreign-owned LLC without another tax year. If your own US tax year differs, ask a tax professional.
- Extension. Form 7004 adds six months if it is filed by the regular due date.
